Deleting a submission or unpublishing content does not erase any reactions, interpretations, or repercussions that may have already occurred.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery Method:
- All products sold on this website are digital products. Once your payment is confirmed, access is delivered automatically on the Order Confirmation page and via an automated email containing your download links.
Delivery Time:
- Digital products are delivered automatically and are typically available instantly (0 to 5 minutes post-payment confirmation). On rare occasions, minor system delays may occur.
Troubleshooting Delivery:
- Double-check that your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
- Check your Spam / Junk folder.
- If you haven't received your delivery link within 2 business days, please reach out through our contact form.
Format & Software Requirements:

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital content, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once accessed.

Exceptions for Refunds:

A refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchases:
- You accidentally purchased the exact same digital item twice within a short timeframe (verification required).
Technical Defects:
- A file is corrupted or non-functional, and support is unable to repair or replace the file within 3 business days of notification.
Refund Request Deadline:
- Requests for duplicate orders or defective files must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Processing Time:
- Approved refunds are processed internally within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that credit card providers and banks may take an additional 5 to 10 business days or until your next billing statement, for the credit to reflect on your account.

Because digital files are immediately accessible upon purchase, exchanges are generally declined.

CV Template Exception:
- If you mistakenly purchased the wrong layout/model of a CV template, you may request a one-time exchange for an alternative layout of equal value by contacting support within 48 hours of purchase (granted at discretion).
